Core Wellness LLC is an authorized CE provider for New York State, Boards of Social Work and LMHC as well as by the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland to sponsor social work continuing education programs. Credits are also accepted by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists and Board of Psychologists.

Choose the course(s) you want to purchase and click ‘Register Now’ to add the course(s) to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the cart icon and provide the info needed to register. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your purchase.
After the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the course login instructions, related handouts, and a course evaluation form to provide feedback upon completion. All purchases include the course or plan as outlined and include the cost of the course (video, webinar or in person), the handouts, evaluation form and completion certificate (all delivered via email unless otherwise specified).

Each time you register for a course, an email with instructions is sent to the 
email address used to register for the course(s). If you do not receive the confirmation email—including your spam—please contact us for assistance. For live webinars, please follow the Zoom link and note the password in the email if applicable. For recorded webinars, you must log into your account first to access your available course(s). 

Yes! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have switched all courses to our online platform, leveraging Zoom for both live webinars and our home study pre-recorded presentations. All live interactive webinars are considered the same as in-person workshops by state boards with regard to CE credits. All pre-recorded webinars are considered home study. Please be sure to check your state’s board requirements and learn more about our upcoming workshops here.

For live webinars, we post a course evaluation to fill out on the course webpage and in the webinar room. Once you submit that (promptly at the end of the course please), you will receive an email notification usually within 1 business hour with the certificate attached or it can be accessed by logging in here . For pre-recorded webinars, simply fill out the evaluation and post-test form. Once you submit, we will email you within 1 business day. A score of 80 or above will grant your certificate via email and here or we send a retest within 1 business day. You can take the post-test over and over again until you pass, but most pass on the first try with open video and open handouts allowed.

We recommend using a personal email address that you have easy access to. We’ve found that many work email addresses have more sensitive filters and sometimes send our confirmations and completion certificates into spam, thus, we recommend using a personal, easily accessible email address. Also, upon registration and for course orders, we recommend using the same email address for all your registrations to avoid confusion. Finally, you can always reset your password, contact us with any questions and access all content from your online account by clicking on login and viewing the full menu.

For live courses, there are no requirements outside of arriving at the location. For all live webinars an internet connection with basic speed or more is necessary and courses, handouts and evaluations can be accessed via most desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones. For pre-recorded courses, an internet connection is needed to watch the videos and to access handouts and complete the evaluation and post test.

You can register anytime for every course. For live/webinar courses, we advise registering at least one week in advance, and you can often secure early bird pricing for early sign up. However, registration is usually available up until the course start time. If space runs out for any given course, the site will let you know and will not allow the purchase to be completed.

We provide a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event. Submit your refund  request by contacting us. Within 7 days, you can 1) transfer your registration to a colleague, 2) take the home study version or 3) hold onto your credit for a future program valid within one year of your original purchase.
For home study purchases, you have 14 days to watch the video and decide if it meets your needs. Once 14 days has passed or if you have received your completion certificate, a refund can no longer be issued. We understand that extenuating circumstances or technical issues may arise, please contact us and we will try to find a mutual solution.

In the rare event of a course cancellation, we will email you as promptly as possible and a full refund (according to price paid) will be offered to each registrant as well as a $25 or more apology credit.

Yes, we try our best. Please email or call us if you need any accommodations and accessibility as required by law with at least two weeks notice. 

No. Per the requirements of many of the accrediting bodies who oversee our CE approval status, we cannot offer any partial credits for partial attendance. Only participants who attended (or watched) and completed the entire course can receive a completion certificate. Please contact us with any questions if you may have to miss or have missed some time from a course as there is restroom and other allowance time.

No. Most boards only count a title once in total, thus, we do not recommend taking the same workshop once as live/webinar and again as home study or vice versa during the same renewal period. During the next renewal, you are allowed to take the same course again, but there are enough new weekly titles that you certainly don't have to! If you accidentally purchased the live/webinar and home study of the same course, please contact us and we will resolve this with you.
